Firehouse Gutters replaced and placed gutters on our house today. They were amazing! Very professional and courteous. They gutters look so good. They care about their work and your house We would definitely recommend them.

To say I recommend this company is an understatement. I had Michael do gutters on the backyard of my house last year, and he did it far cheaper than any other company would have and the job was flawless.
Fast Forward a year, I wanted Michael to come back and do the front of my house, since I didn't ask him to do the front during the initial visit. Michael works out of Hutto but agreed to come all the way to San Marcos to install the gutters when I told him I would make it worth his time by getting my best friends house done in San Marcos on the same day. Michael came and did the appraisal on both of our homes, again totaling far cheaper than any other company, and set a date to do the gutter job. My best friend's house is a 2 story house that Michael was adding gutters to for the whole thing, and it was still affordable. About a week after Michael did the appraisal for our homes, my best friend, Justin Putnam, a San Marcos Police Officer, was killed in the line of duty. This was the house Michael had appraised along with my house. I began developing a plan to make sure that my friend's home would still be taken care of, which caused added stress on top of everything else we were dealing with. Michael reached out to me and without hesitation, stated that he was going to do the job at no cost to us and that it was the least he could do. He would not accept any money for any part of the job, even after I asked him to at least allow me to pay for his workers.
I could not be more thankful for Michael and Firehouse Gutters, they came through for us in a time where we really needed something positive. I would recommend this company to anyone, over any company out there, even prior to this tragedy happening. Michael is a genuine guy that I would trust to do any job, again and again.

Needed some gutters installed and got some suggestions for firehouse gutters. They came out and did an amazing job, better than expected and the the price could not be beat. I really enjoyed working with Michael Durr and his crew. Durr explained every step and consulted with me about how changing the previous layout would give better results. The old gutters would not move the water fast enough for Austin's rain "bombs" and the old gutters always overflowed. He installs 3x4 downspouts which will take more water faster. I highly recommend him.

Mike is a no-BS kind of dude. He'll walk the house, tell you what his plan is and execute that exactly. Pricing is in-line with other bids but I liked his style and am happy with the install.

After contacting a number of rain gutter companies in Austin who were unwilling to take on a small job (Even Home Depot told me their contractor has a $750 minimum--business must be very good these days), I turned to HomeAdvisor to search for a small gutter installation on a new room addition. Michael, the co-owner of Firehouse Gutters contacted me right after I did the search and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and we set a day to begin the job. The day the job was to begin, an employee called in sick, which can happen to anyone, and we had to reschedule. Michael called me immediately and we rescheduled for a couple of days later. On the rescheduled day he and his crew showed up promptly on time and did an efficient and complete installation. They even painted a bare spot in the fascia at no extra cost, which was a little extra handyman job I probably couldn't find anyone to do otherwise. The installation is quality work and everyone left the area clean. Michael stands behind his work, and said that if any issue should appear, to call and he would come right out to take care of it.

The installation is exactly what I needed at a cost below what I expected, and I was really impressed with both Michael's and the crew's courtesy and customer service focus. Firehouse gutters also does full-house seamless gutter installations, and I'm sure anyone who hires them will be completely satisfied.

Michael came out and did an estimate and it was lower than most peoples by at least $200 and was willing to do a small job (around 50ft) for gutter installation. He was genuinely nice and empathetic, and was there for all my customer care needs. Only 2 issues arose from the installation, 1st they forgot the splash blocks (he brought by the next day) and 2nd they could have done a better job aligning the installation to my home, instead its about 2inches off before it hugs my home, however overall I was satisfied at the work and the price, could have been a better work on the people that came by to do it but the value was there.

Like the other person, most people have a $500-1000 minimum bid, however Michael at this time his was $300 which made him an easy choice.

They did an amazing job! The gutters match the house perfectly and they are super strong. I put my ladder against it to get on the roof for Christmas lights and was blown away at just how strong it was. The customer service was also top notch. Such a stand up guy!
